Great game need sequel

I beat this awhile ago and am downloading to start over again because theres nothing else close to as good that I havnt already played. Wish there were more games like this.

Wow

This game is obviously not going to be on an elder scrolls level. However its one of the best apps Ive ever had, it has a free roam world, you can buy new weapons, armor, helmets, and more. The best part, no in app purchases, you can actually complete the game without spending real money. Ive actually beaten this game twice as different classes, and can tell you that there are many customization options. Spectacular game

Super Fun

I love the elder scrolls and I love aralon! It is such a fun game!

This is one of my favorite games on the app store

Everything about this game is amazing. Hidden secrets, a plethora of side quests, all of the classes and their abilities, and the bosses. It feels so satisfying to beat the game even after the fifth time playing it through. If youre on the fence about this purchase, DONT BE! This game is exactly what an RPG should be, I would recommend this to anyone.

I dont do reviews

But this game deserves 5 stars. It isnt perfect, and there are bugs and glitches, but the synergy of the balance, length, gameplay, environments, art add up to something with so much character and personality that its hard to describe. Fantastic and addictive experience. Better than anything before or after. Including ravensword 2, that just doesnt have the living breathing feel to it or any of the character that this game oozes from every pixel.

Great, could be greater

Its going to eat up your time with exploring this cool game! Unfortunately the story is very linear and same for every race, etc-- otherwise it would have great replay value. The combat system is decent but could be better. Note: there is a limit to number of active quests but it doesnt tell you this, which may lead to confusion.

Great game could be improved

Amazing storyline and realistic games play. But graphics are not the best but no to bad. The controls are sort of difficult to use. Over all a great game but if they added multiplayer this game gets 7 stars.

Zelda plus Morrowind

With a tiny budget. Still awesome

Not bad!

For the money, its definitely a good buy. Took a week to win, on and off. Landscape very nice, character image/motions needs a little tweaking, but the game engine seems nice and smooth. A good buy overall.

Many hours of adventure

This game was one of the first played on my iPad and also one of my favorites. I enjoy how it takes you to many foreign lands to get clues and different weapons. It is worth the money and will give many hours of adventures. A most excellent game.

Fantastic

This game and ravensword. More like this please.

MY FAVORITE IPHONE RPG!!!

I am very impressed by this game. The storyline was fulfilling and exciting from the start to the epic finale! The graphics give the nostalgic feeling of classic 3D consoles like the N64 and PC. Ive spent many hours on this game and Im hooked! Its a must buy!!!

(.Y.)

Please note before buying this game that it is a MOBILE game. Not a major studio blockbuster or the cutting edge latest generation gaming experience we all know and love. That being said, I respect this game for pushing the boundaries on mobile devices, it delivers the RPG experience most any fan of the genre will enjoy. The leveling system works nicely, and the variety of items and customization of the character is impressive. The visuals and draw distance are astounding for a mobile game and the controls are average to decent (I dont feel the urge to shell out for a phone compatible game pad just yet). However, this game lacks the captivating elements that all RPGs must have. Many players will find themselves losing interest around 10-15 hours in due to the story and repetitive quests and enemies. This game does not break any new ground as far as RPGs go. Matter of fact, it rips on most modern RPGs today. Now, Im alright with games being influenced by one another, but when you steal lore or elements from other titles I find myself frustrated and wondering what kind of game Im actually playing. For example, a sign outside the first major village is in DAEDRIC. Thats right, the Daedric language used in the Elder Scrolls series (go and look for yourself if you already own the game, the sign outside of the second village by the bay). I am not surprised though, I suppose the gap must be filled in mobile gaming since most any major studio would never partner up with the App Store to release titles. So unfortunately Apple is forced to conjure up second (and sometimes third) rate titles. tdlr: dont expect a whole lot, its an RPG by the numbers. Certainly worth about $5. You might forget youre not playing Morrowind

Not exceptional in any way

Yeah, its an RPG for mobile, which is impressive, but once you look past that, its hardly the cream of the crop. The graphics are crappy after the opening forest (the rest looks like it was created in the late 90s-early 00s), the fighting is all button-mashing, and its either way too easy or way too hard at certain points. I found an axe with 110 power in a chest on the island on the lake in the first big area which cut down Gnolls like nobodys business, but the axe isnt enough as soon as you get to Callaheim. The controls will take a few hours to get used to; you cant see where youre running if youre used to normal RPG worldviewing and scrolling. For those of you looking for a good game to play (because thats how I found this one) Ill name a few others you can search up: Banner Saga, Infinity Blade I/II/III, Galaxy on Fire 2, Assassins Creed: Pirates, Ravensword: Shadowlands (same devs as Aralon, but they did a better job on this one), and Wayward Souls. Those are all much more finely crafted than this app. I dont think it was worth the $5 price tag.

Rogue stealth

I just absolute love this game, best rpg on the App Store. There is just one thing I am concerned with, whenever I try to use stealth while wearing helgas ring, the game crashes, please fix this.

Wow...

This game is simply amazing! The graphics are console quality, the storyline is compelling, and the game mechanics are superb!

Nothing special

The game has all the required featured but it lacks anything that grabs the attention of an RPG fan.

Great potential

Just not fully an immersive and addictive RPG. Not hugely important, but the graphics could be a bit better with out sacrificing any part of the game lol

Mediocre...

This game was okay... The graphics arent like they are in the preview images on the purchase screen... There is an in app purchase system... And the character is hard to control... Still, they did some things right with this game...

Just 1 star.

I have still yet to play this game. Could be great. I dont know. But every character has something dumb attached to their face. Whether it be facial hair, tattoos, or trinkets. I never create my characters with such things. Ive rated this game 1 star for this issue since release, and Ive been ignored. So as long as those things stay attached to those faces, so does this one star review stay attached to this game.
